Modelos de integração

Today, we at BTG PACTUAL EMPRESAS work with the First-Party and Third-Party application models.

First Party - Consume resources from your own accounts​

The First-party model works with a One to One flow where the client consumes its own application (same CNPJ/ownership).

Third Party - Consume resources from other BTG clients' accounts​

The Third-party model works with a One to Many flow where the application can be consumed by multiple CNPJs. This model also has a distinction between Partner Applications and Client Applications, with differences in the services offered:

Client Applications​

  • We verify the application (integration);
  • Only accounts with the Advanced Plan can consume the application. Therefore, you are required to send us in advance the list of CNPJs that will use the application.

If the API is consumed by CNPJs without the advanced plan, consent to the application may be revoked without prior notice.

Partner Applications​

  • We verify the application (integration) and the customer journey (UX);
  • We sign a partnership and integration agreement;
  • We make the partner system available in our portfolio of integrated solutions for clients.
